The former Lyte Ladders building has been vacant for some time and comprises a self-contained office building along with industrial accommodation towards the rear.
Tiny Rebel moved into their new brewery at Wern Industrial Estate in July this year and their ten year plan might be achieved in less than five years due to the worldwide demand for their beer.
Although there are no current plans for their new site just yet, it is the perfect location for any Tiny Rebel expansion on Wern Industrial Estate and we were keen to bring this site to them.
