Jamie Picton-Turbervill joined Hutchings and Thomas as part of the valuation team.

He undertakes valuations of retail, office and industrial properties, as well as residual appraisals of development land. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and carries out valuations for secured lending, as well as for pension funds, private companies and individuals. Jamie’s additional experience includes commercial property agency, lease advisory and land sales.

Jamie’s interests include the gym, rugby and squash. He is also a keen traveller having lived in South Africa and Australia for a number of years.
