LLANTARNAM PARK INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CWMBRAN NOW FULLY OCCUPIED FOLLOWING LETTING TO GAC

Comprising a total of 20 warehousing units arranged across 4 terraces, Hutchings & Thomas along with joint agents, Cushman & Wakefield have secured the final letting of Unit 53 to existing estate occupier, GAC (UK) Ltd, who specialise in the development, production, packing and servicing of aerosol spray solutions for a range of commercial and domestic applications.

Chris Yates of Cushman & Wakefield commented “Our client had invested in a proactive refurbishment programme at Llantarnam Park which meant that we were able to offer good quality warehousing in an established industrial location to the south of Cwmbran and just 2 miles north of the M4 motorway. Such robust property fundamentals, together with a proactive marketing campaign, translated into strong occupier interest being received.

Against a backdrop of reducing industrial availability in South Wales, with less than 7 million sq ft of available accommodation now remaining (as at Q3 2016), it goes to show that being able to offer a quality product to market does pay dividends. We were delighted to be able to secure the letting of Unit 53 to GAC, assisting them to expand their existing base on the estate and invest further into their South Wales operations”.

Hutchings & Thomas currently have Unit 38 Llantarnam Park availabe to lease 435 sq m (4,677 sq ft) for further information please call Haydn on 01633 214 444.
