David, a chartered surveyor has been part of the Hutchings and Thomas team for 7 years . He has gained knowledge and experience in the South Wales Commercial Market and now specialises in all sectors of agency acting for a number of local and national clients. As well as agency work David is a RICS Registered Valuer, undertaking Valuation work in the region.

In his spare time David enjoys watching Newport Gwent Dragons and coaching the under 10’s of his local rugby club Whitehead RFC.
